If you receive any incorrect items, we are happy to offer a replacement, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery and include a photograph of the items received. Due to our strict protocol of provenance, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for orders based on a change of mind. Our shipping day is Thursday, and you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days. A tracking number will be provided with each shipment, and it is the customer's responsibility to monitor their package.
