Vino di Anna Rampante 2022

Rampante is one of Vino di Anna's single-vineyard wines from Mount Etna, made from old-vine Nerello Mascalese grown at high altitude on the volcano's northern slopes. This is Etna red at its most expressive – elegant, mineral-driven, and genuinely compelling.

Anna Martens and her team have been working on Etna since 2010, focusing on indigenous varieties and minimal intervention winemaking. Rampante comes from a specific parcel of old vines that produces fruit with real depth and character. The volcanic soils give the wine its distinctive mineral edge, while the altitude keeps everything fresh and precise.

What you get is pure Nerello Mascalese – red berries, roses, herbs, a touch of volcanic ash, and that characteristic tension that makes Etna wines so distinctive.
