Mischung: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Frische und zitronige Frucht. Der Geschmack ist weich, aber dennoch präzise und sauber. Dieser Wein ist so günstig, dass er im Vergleich zu anderen Weinen dieser Preisklasse in der Region sicherlich mehr bietet. Eclats wird aus biodynamisch angebauten Trauben aus Lehm hergestellt und ist eine Mischung aus den klassischen drei Champagner-Trauben: 60 % Pinot Meunier, 30 % Pinot Noir und 10 % Chardonnay. 20 % des Weins werden in großen Eichenfudern im Fass vergoren, gefolgt von 30 Monaten auf der Hefe. Eclats de Meuliere bedeutet „Mühlsteinbruch“ und erinnert an die Natur der Böden, die mineralreiche Kalk- und Lehmböden sind.
Das Weingut wurde Mitte der 60er Jahre von Michel und Marie-Claude Jeaunaux gegründet und das 5,7 Hektar große Anwesen wird heute von Cyril und Clemence Jeaunaux-Robin geführt.
