At Sublime, we source and import wines from small-scale, independent producers across 17 countries, from the traditional (France, Italy, Spain) to the overlooked (Lebanon, the Azores, the Canary Islands, Slovakia). Our growers mostly  work with native varietals, low-intervention winemaking, and vineyard practices sensitive to their environment.
