The Producer

Zdeněk Omasta founded Bidule in 2022 with a vision to craft elegant wines from Moravia's exceptional terroir. Working 7 hectares of estate-owned vineyards on quartenary loess soils, Zdeněk combines meticulous winemaking with organic farming practices (in conversion) to produce wines that express true sense of place.
