A rose quite different to everything we have on our shop at the moment. Due to the volcanic soil that the old vines are planted in, this wine has incredible tension and vitality. Pale in colour, mineral and delicate at the same time. Puro Rofe is a red wine made by the Puro Rofe winery in the D.O. Lanzarote (Canary Islands) with the native Listan Negro variety. Carmelo Peña, a young winemaker who studied under Dirk Niepoort and Raúl Pérez, is behind the winemaking here.Please note: this wine is very limited.
