Fabbrica di San Martino is a very ancient winery in Lucca, Toscana. Today the vineyards are between 20 and 70 years old with local, traditional varieties such as ciliegiolo, colorino, canaiolo as well as sangiovese, trebbiano, vermentino and Malvasia.
The production has always been organic; for more than 20 years now biodynamic agriculture has been introduced, the winery is Demeter certified since 2005.
The wines are produced with little intervention as possible in the wine cellar reflecting the territory and vintage unique characteristics.
