A great alternative for those who don't want to quite spend on Champagne or for those who are simply looking for something new to discover or something lesser known. Made the same way as Champagne with the Chardonnay grape. An exciting wine, with notes of brioche, salt and parmesan rind. Umami and Mineral.
The winery is run by Marie Florence, Antoine and Jean Etienne Pignier are today perpetuating our family tradition. They focus on good quality of farming by using biodynamics. The wines age in old oak barrels in the 700-year-old cellar.
