“Neissance was born from a desire to capture and express the elegance and freshness of Garganega on moraine soils. Neissance is a wine that made itself heard, born in our minds to be a "rifermentato", from the first tastings from the tank it immediately convinced us to be bottled as it was: still. It was precisely its delicate, fragrant characteristics that captivated us.

Today, after two years of bottle aging, Neissance expresses all the tertiary scents of the Garganega, only grape, vinified in steel without the addition of sulphur in any of the winemaking and bottling steps. The grapes were whole cluster pressed by drainage, without any maceration. Batonnage on fine lees.”

“La Bacheta is located in Custoza, on the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda. From the sandy and gravelly soils formed by debris transported by the original glacier, the vines of local varieties provide us with grapes that we vinify with respect and care.

The work we do in the vineyard is increasingly aimed at preserving its integrity, so we try to limit operations that cause soil compaction.

Along with the 4 hectares of vineyard we preserve trees that help us keep the escarpments, cultivate vegetable gardens by reusing all organic waste materials, including from winemaking as mulch, fruit and olive trees and mixes of flowers and plants useful for pollinators.

Each vintage requires interpretation, with our vineyards ranging from 20 to 60 years old, from clay to steeper sand escarpments, we try to express the essence.”
