Sasso is Orsi San Vito's orange wine made from 100% Pignoletto, where the grapes macerate on their skins for an extended period to extract colour, tannin, and texture. Orsi San Vito is a small producer in Emilia-Romagna working with indigenous varieties and minimal intervention winemaking. They farm organically in the hills around Reggio Emilia, where the clay and limestone soils give the wines structure and minerality.

Sasso shows stone fruit, citrus peel, herbs, a touch of spice, and that distinctive phenolic grip from the extended skin contact. There's weight and texture here, but nothing feels heavy or overdone.
