An absolute joy to drink as we go into the colder months. The palate is round and textured with sweet spice, nuts and a pure fresh finish. This wine is a blend of several small vineyards planted on granite soils and high altitude in the gredos mountains in central spain. The wine is aged for 8 months in french oak barrel before being bottled. A great alternative for a chardonnay drinker!
