The beautiful pink, copper colour of this wine comes from the light pressing of Xinomavro, a local red grape. The wine is fascinating as it has great texture and freshness but also a lovely combination of fruit and savouriness, with notes of strawberry, tomato and jerusalem artichoke. It's a fascinating and delicious wine.
