100% Lemberger (also known as Blaufränkisch)
Germany is not so well known for its red wines, but there are some very high quality reds being produced here. This wine is exclusively made from the Lemberger grape, which is more commonly known by its other name: Blaufränkisch. Light, floral and spicy. Roterfaden is one of the new wave german producers to keep an eye on. The winery was established in 2014 by Οlympia Samara and Hannes Hoffman in Württemberg. They have two hectares of Riesling, Lemberger and Pinot Noir that they farm biodynamically.
