Brut Nature means zero dosage – no added sugar after disgorgement – allowing the fruit and terroir to express themselves without any sweetness to mask the wine's true character.

Founder Daniel Vollenweider created a reputation of being one of the Mosel's most exciting producers, working with meticulous attention to detail in both vineyard and cellar. His partner Moritz took over the reins following his passing, and his approach is minimal intervention – letting the fruit and terroir express themselves without interference. The result is wines with purity, precision, and remarkable aging potential.

This sparkling wine shows citrus, green apple, brioche, and that distinctive slate minerality from the Mosel's steep slopes. There's racy acidity and a steely backbone that keeps everything lifted and precise, with a fine mousse and long, clean finish. The zero dosage style means this is bone dry, making it incredibly food-friendly and refreshing.

Tschiel is made using the traditional method (méthode champenoise), with secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended aging on the lees to develop complexity. The result is a sparkling wine with real character and depth, far removed from industrial production.
