The Producer

Syfany is a family estate in Vrbice, Moravia, founded in the 1990s. Working 35 hectares of estate-owned vineyards on loess and marl soils (half for their own production, half sold to local wineries), Syfany practices sustainable farming with organic methods and maintains a 1.2-hectare experimental biodynamic vineyard. Annual production: around 50,000 bottles.

André is a rare hybrid grape variety that thrives in Moravia's climate. Known for producing vibrant, fruit-forward wines with natural acidity, it's perfect for the pét-nat method, creating lively, approachable sparkling wines.
