Quartara is Lunarossavini's single-vineyard Fiano from the hills outside Salerno in Campania, where the Mediterranean climate and limestone soils create ideal conditions for this noble white grape. This is Fiano with real depth and complexity, showing what the variety can do when it's grown in the right place and given time to develop.

Lunarossavini is a small producer located just outside of Salerno on the Amalfi Coast, working with traditional Campanian varieties and farming thoughtfully. The Quartara vineyard sits at altitude, where cooler temperatures help preserve acidity while the fruit develops concentration and character.

Fiano is one of southern Italy's most important white grapes, capable of making wines with structure, complexity, and serious aging potential. This 2020 vintage is drinking beautifully now, showing honeyed stone fruit, citrus peel, almonds, and that characteristic waxy texture that makes Fiano so distinctive. There's weight and depth here, but nothing feels heavy – the acidity keeps everything lifted and precise.
