Blend: Xarel.lo & Malvasia de Sitges
Rupestris is a blend of 85% Xarel.lo and 15% Malvasia de Sitges from old vines (35-75 years). This wine is bright, fresh and delicate. The aromas and flavours are subtle with the trademark Xarel.lo white pepper finish. It is a great alternative for people who like dry, fresh, crisp whites such as Pinot Grigio or Sylvaner.
Celler Pardas came to life in 1996 when Ramón and Jordi purchased the Can Comas estate in Alt Penedés. The medieval farmhouse was surrounded by 60 hectares of forest, pasture and scrubland cut through by the Bitlles River. They works only with local varietals to the region, all of their vineyards are dry grown without any chemical use.
