Muchada-Léclapart is a collaboration between Alejandro Muchada (a winemaker in Cadiz) and David Léclapart (a pioneering Champagne producer). Although their 3 hectares of Palomino vines are located in the Marco de Jerez - in the heart of Sherry production - they make unfortified still wines with minimal intervention wines without ageing under flor.
