As Iva says, \"that's where our heart is. We love orange wines.\" Her father agrees: \"the world is full of well-made reductive wines, but they all tend to taste the same. Making wines naturally means much more adrenaline in the cellar, but it's well worth it.\"\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eVineyard \u0026amp; Winemaking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWorking 1.4 hectares of estate-owned vineyards on quaternary gravel-sand terraces with \u003cstrong\u003esustainable farming\u003c\/strong\u003e practices (integrated agriculture with grass between vines). Grapes are hand-harvested and processed in a naturally cold cellar that allows for long macerations. This wine is aged in \u003cstrong\u003eqvevri\u003c\/strong\u003e shipped from Georgia and buried in Iva's garden, undergoing \u003cstrong\u003espontaneous fermentation\u003c\/strong\u003e and remaining \u003cstrong\u003eunfiltered and unfined\u003c\/strong\u003e with minimal sulfur at bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eTAbout Měřínská\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA family winery founded in 1974, now producing 8-10,000 bottles annually.
