Blend: Garnacha Tintorera & Moravia Agria
This wine is made from Garnacha Tintorera and Moravia Agria grapes grown at high altitude (around 800 metres) , and fermented with 40% whole bunches in large concrete tanks. The wine is ripe and earthy with good structure and body with ripe red fruit, florals and minerality. Perfect for a long sunday lunch. Envínate (aka wine-yourself) is the brainchild of Laura Ramos, Jose Martínez, Roberto Santana and Alfonso Torrente. The four of them became friends whilst tudying to make wine in Alicante. The project spans the regions of Tenerife, Almansa and Ribeira Sacra.
