Château Simone is a historic estate located south of Aix-en-Provence. The 20 hectare estate has been owned by the Rougier family for two centuries and takes up almost the entire appellation of Palette. The limestone soils and higher altitude (500-750 metres) along with old vines (100 years +) makes for the perfect combination to produce intense, complex wines.
