Capelinhos is a white wine from Adega do Vulcão, a producer working on the Azores – a chain of volcanic islands in the middle of the Atlantic. The volcanic soils here are unlike anything you'll find on the mainland – dark, mineral-rich, and shaped by centuries of volcanic activity.
