100% Garnacha / Grenache
The third wine we have in the range from Ca' di Mat. This wine is a step up in terms of intensity, complexity and body to the Valautin Garnacha. All the grapes come from a single vineyard in San Martín de Valdeiglesias. All from bush vines that are minimum of 80 years of age, planted on granite soils. The wine is aged in a combination of concrete and 500l barrels. Full bodied, elegant, fine and complex. The nose is aromatic and full of perfume, spice and red fruits and the palate is balanced and harmonious with good length!
