The Producer

Zdeněk Omasta founded Bidule in 2022 with a vision to craft elegant sparkling wines from Moravia's exceptional terroir. Working 7 hectares of estate-owned vineyards on quartenary loess soils with organic farming practices (in conversion), Zdeněk honors his family's viticultural legacy while applying modern precision and expertise.

Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle (traditional method) and finished as Brut Nature (zero dosage), this wine showcases the pure expression of the grapes and terroir without added sugar. The field blend from multi-generational family plantings adds complexity and character, creating a charming, highly drinkable sparkler.
