The rose is dry, elegant and subtle. The nose offers notes of citrus and red fruits. The palate is silky with notes of peach and apricot.
All of the grapes are hand harvested and the wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged on fine lees for six months.
Domaine Abbatucci is made of 18 hectares of vines, which are planted on granite slopes. The estate was set up in the 1960s using only local grape varietals. Jean Charles took over the winery in 2000 and converted the entire estate to biodynamic.All of the wines are small production with usually around 1500 bottles of each wine being made.
