Winemaking & Tasting Notes
This wine spent three days on skins with only the free-run juice used, creating a wonderfully rich, slightly smoky character while preserving Furmint's signature freshness. A small proportion of botrytis-affected grapes adds concentration, spice, and subtle marzipan notes. The result is an indulgent white-orange wine with depth and texture—perfect for longer autumn and winter evenings.
