Jaroslav Osička is a Czech natural wine pioneer based in Velké Bílovice, Moravia. Working 5 hectares of organic certified vineyards following Ekovín rules and the Autentista Charter, Jaroslav crafts Burgundy and Jura-inspired wines whose finesse and precision have enchanted wine lovers for nearly 20 years.

Winemaking & Tasting Notes

This carefully crafted blend is matured in acacia barrels, developing remarkable complexity and elegance. Aromas of freshly baked lemon tart, butter, toast, and vanilla lead to a full-bodied palate with rich texture and balanced acidity.
