The Producer

Zdeněk Omasta founded Bidule in 2022 with a vision to craft elegant sparkling wines from Moravia's exceptional terroir. Working 7 hectares of estate-owned vineyards on quartenary loess soils with organic farming practices (in conversion), Zdeněk creates wines that elevate everyday moments into celebrations.

Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle and finished as Brut Dosé Naturel (minimal dosage), this elegant blend of three classic varieties showcases:
