The vines here are planted on Terra Rossa – red earth over limestone – which gives the wines their distinctive minerality and energy. The farming is biodynamic and winemaking fully natural without any SO2 use. The wines are striking: extremely pure and delicate, energetic and complex.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe boys work around 4 hectares of vines so production is small and the wines are limited.
