Joyful Rosé Pét-Nat from André Grapes
A joyful, energetic rosé pétillant naturel from Syfany, crafted from the rare André grape variety. This natural sparkling wine captures the playful spirit of Moravian winemaking with vibrant bubbles and refreshing character.
The Producer
Syfany is a family estate in Vrbice, Moravia, founded in the 1990s. Working 35 hectares of estate-owned vineyards on loess and marl soils (half for their own production, half sold to local wineries), Syfany practices sustainable farming with organic methods and maintains a 1.2-hectare experimental biodynamic vineyard. Annual production: around 50,000 bottles.
About André
André is a rare hybrid grape variety that thrives in Moravia's climate. Known for producing vibrant, fruit-forward wines with natural acidity, it's perfect for the pét-nat method, creating lively, approachable sparkling wines.
Winemaking & Tasting Notes
Crafted using the pét-nat method, this wine is bottled while fermentation is still active, capturing natural CO₂ and preserving vibrant, youthful character. Expect joyful, energetic bubbles with fresh red fruit flavors and refreshing acidity.
Food Pairing & Serving
Perfect for casual drinking, picnics, parties, or lakeside gatherings. Serve chilled as an aperitif or pair with light appetizers, salads, or fresh cheeses. Ideal for celebrations and fun occasions.
