Her dedication to sparkling wine craft runs deep—her birthday gift was a comprehensive coffee table book on Champagne, covering everything from terroir secrets to sugar-to-gas pressure ratios.
Winemaking & Tasting Notes
Hand-harvested grapes are direct-pressed and fermented spontaneously. The wine is bottled under crown cap while fermentation is still active, capturing natural CO₂ and preserving the wine's vibrant, youthful character. Unfined, unfiltered, with no added SO₂.
The volcanic terroir imparts a unique ethereal quality, enhanced by Riesling's hallmark freshness. Expect crisp, lively bubbles with citrus and mineral notes—a versatile sparkler for any occasion.
