Burgundy-Inspired White Blend from South Moravia
A symphony of aromas and flavours that could easily be mistaken for Burgundy. Czech natural wine pioneer Jaroslav Osička blends Müller-Thurgau, Neuburger, Pinot Gris, and Riesling, maturing the wine in acacia barrels to create a full-bodied, complex, and elegant expression of South Moravian terroir. Exceptional value for money.
The Producer
Jaroslav Osička is a Czech natural wine pioneer based in Velké Bílovice, Moravia. Winemaking & Tasting Notes
This carefully crafted blend is matured in acacia barrels, developing remarkable complexity and elegance. Aromas of freshly baked lemon tart, butter, toast, and vanilla lead to a full-bodied palate with rich texture and balanced acidity.
Food Pairing & Serving
Pairs beautifully with rich, buttery dishes featuring fish, chicken, or mushrooms. Equally delightful on its own. Serve slightly chilled in a generous glass to appreciate the wine's aromatic complexity.
Why "Moravian Rhapsody"?
This wine is a celebration of Moravian terroir and winemaking artistry—a harmonious blend of four varieties working in concert to create something greater than the sum of its parts, reminiscent of Burgundy's finest whites.
Perfect for: Casual drinking, gifting, food pairing, or treating yourself to something special.
